Failure to follow these terms may result in account suspension or removal from our services. We are not responsible for actions taken by Discord or Roblox in response to violations of their respective policies.

XII. APPEALS PROCESS

If your access to our Service is suspended or terminated, and you believe this action was taken in error or unjustly, you have the right to appeal the decision.

To file an appeal, please follow these steps:

• Provide Evidence: If applicable, provide any supporting evidence or context that may help us evaluate your appeal.

• Appeal Review: Our team will review the appeal within 7 business days. We may reach out for additional information if needed.

• Final Decision: After the review, you will not be notified of our final decision, unless the appeal was accepted. Please note that the decision is final, and we are not obligated to reverse any suspensions or terminations.

During the appeal process, your access to our services and/or community server may remain suspended until a final decision is made.
